Job Summary 

  • The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Receive and attend to visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Handle filing, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery when required.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and office activities.
  • Distribute documents and information to relevant departments and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
  • Assist management and other departments with administrative duties as assigned.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and report any faults promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
