Platinum Car Rental is a newly established and fast-growing car rental company with branches in Blantyre and Lilongwe. As we begin operations, we are seeking to recruit a strong, professional, and dedicated team to ensure smooth and efficient business operations across both locations.
OFFICE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist clients professionally
- Handle bookings, phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
- Manage front office duties efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements
- MSCE plus Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in front office or administrative work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
