Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Must be registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor.
Must have at least 10 years of post-registration experience, specifically within the private sector.
Must have demonstrable experience across the sectors we previously discussed, namely: Retail developments, Healthcare facilities
Industrial developments and Commercial office developments
Must have been exposed to large-scale commercial developments and client-facing leadership responsibilities
Must have strong commercial acumen and contract administration expertise.
Must have proficiency in industry-standard QS software and reporting tools.
