Position Overview

  • We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Operation Officer to oversee and coordinate patrol activities, ensure the safety and security of premises, and manage our security team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily patrol operations to ensure all areas are secure.
  • Lead, train, and motivate security personnel to maintain high standards of duty performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed reports on patrol activities, incidents, and security breaches.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating security staff.
  • Utilize CRM software and reporting tools to track patrol activities and incidents.

Qualifications

  • Valid security license or certification required depending on jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
  • Familiarity with security equipment and surveillance systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
