A prestigious luxury hotel and restaurant group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Spas & Retail to oversee operations across multiple boutique properties in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a strong background in spa, retail or luxury hospitality operations, with proven experience managing teams, driving performance and maintaining exceptional guest experiences within high-end environments.
