Operations Manager

Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Operations Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration MHA, Business Administration MBA, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• At least five 5 years’ progressive management experience, with a minimum of three 3 years in hospital or healthcare operations management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, quality management systems and performance improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making ability.
