Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Operations
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management position
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Strong understanding of construction chemicals, paints, coatings, adhesives, cementitious products, or related industries
