Job Summary
The Operations specialist role focuses on data integrity, cross - functional coordination, CRM / fintech platform management, and handling backend logistics like onboarding, KYC, and commission tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & System Administration: Own the accuracy and maintenance of all sales, agent, and dealer data across CRM and proprietary fintech platforms.
- Onboarding & Compliance KYC: Streamline the end - to - end onboarding workflow for new agents and dealers, executing rigid KYC Know Your Customer verifications to ensure total compliance.
- Cross - Functional Support: Partner closely with internal teams to optimize daily workflow efficiency.
- Incentive Tracking & Reconciliation: Audit, track, and reconcile sales commissions, performance tiers, and incentive payouts to guarantee precision and transparency.
Key KPIs
- Reporting Precision & Timeliness: Consistently delivering accurate, audit-ready operational and performance reports on schedule.
- Onboarding Efficiency: Minimizing Turnaround Time TAT for agent and dealer verification and system activation without compromising KYC standards.
- Data Quality Index: Maintaining a near - zero error rate in CRM data management and incentive calculations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Fintech support, or a data - driven customer / partner operations role.
- Strong Excel skills; CRM or dash board experience is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, data accuracy and the agility to thrive in a fast - paced fintech environment.
