Key Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional level of customer service to current and prospective clients.
Handle parts sales seamlessly across multiple platforms, including over-the-counter, online, and telesales.
Assist customers in understanding product offerings and accurately identify the right solutions for their vehicle needs.
Drive sales and renewals to consistently meet and exceed branch targets.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to build long-term loyalty.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in Automotive Spare Parts Sales is essential.
Knowledge: Extensive and deep knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
Traits: High energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-service orientation.
Work History: A stable employment track record with minimal gaps.
References: Must be able to supply contactable references for verification.
Strict Legal Requirements

Must be a South African-born Citizen.
Must have a clean criminal background.
