Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in stock control, procurement, inventory management, or warehouse administration will be advantageous
- Experience within a citrus packhouse, agricultural, FMCG, or production environment will be beneficial
- Strong computer literacy with experience in stock management systems and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of stock ordering, stock receival, usage tracking, and stock reconciliation processes
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) setup and stock administration systems will be advantageous
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prepare and analyse stock reports, variances, and operational data
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong systems and process management capabilities
- Experience coordinating stock takes and implementing corrective measures
