Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners (pharmacy chains, distributors, fintechs, associations)
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive merchant acquisition
  • Negotiate and close revenue-generating partnership deals
  • Build and manage referral and reseller programs
  • Convert leads into paying customers
  • Track and report performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue)
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and field activations

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or growth roles
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, retail, or pharmacy industry is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead funnels)
  • Ability to generate and convert qualified leads
  • Data-driven mindset (understands KPIs, conversion rates, ROI)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly proactive, target-driven, and execution-focused
