· Filing and maintaining accurate department records and documentation
· Ordering parts from suppliers and manufacturers as required
· Monitoring stock levels and ensuring stock availability
· Receiving stock deliveries and verifying quantities against invoices and delivery notes
· Capturing and updating stock information on the system
· Assisting with stock counts and inventory control processes
· Following up on outstanding parts orders
· Checking and monitoring debtor accounts relating to parts sales
· Assisting with customer and internal departmental queries
· Maintaining accurate administrative records and reports
· Supporting the Parts Manager with general administrative duties
