Parts Advisor / Sales Representative

Employment Information

Responsibilities

  • Increased sales and inventory management by effectively controlling daily parts program activities
  • Source parts from distribution centers and other service center locations, allocating them to vehicles service appointments
  • Review incoming appointments, ensuring they are properly prepared and documented in the system
  • Process and return warranty part shipments for quality assurance including handling hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries
  • Systematically receive, inspect, and put away stock and special-order parts
  • Consistently manage the inventory stock level by performing daily perpetual parts counts and reporting discrepancies
  • Proactively maintain automated inventory replenishment lists
  • Ensure excellent organization of stock room to Vinfast standard with grocery store aesthetics
  • Escalate parts issues from internal or external suppliers in collaboration with Regional parts Manager
  • Act as a point of contact top vendors, providing constructive feedback that will contribute to future improvement
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

Requirements

  • A good Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 5 years work experience.
  • Good knowledge in computer application software
  • Knowledge in Electronic part catalogue EPC is an added advantage
  • Automotive certifications or training desired
  • Technically inclined and able to identify spare parts and their general functions
  • Demostrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • High level of professional integrity.
