Passenger Vehicle Debtors Clerk - Gauteng, Boksburg

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the passenger vehicle debtors function accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile debtor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
• Process invoices, receipts, journals, and related financial transactions
• Ensure accurate allocation of payments and account balancing
• Assist with month-end procedures and reporting
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
• Liaise with customers, internal departments, and management regarding account queries
• Ensure compliance with dealership financial policies and procedures
• Assist with general finance administration duties when required
• Support the finance department with ad hoc duties as requested by management

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Finance or bookkeeping qualification will be advantageous
• Previous motor industry dealership experience is essential
• Debtors experience within a dealership environment is essential
• Candidates with creditors or bookkeeping experience within the motor industry will also be considered
• Experience working on motor dealership software is essential
• Drive AI experience is advantageous
• Candidates with Drive Standard or Kerridge experience will also be considered
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
• Must reside close to the dealership
• Must be available to start as soon as possible
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (on occasional Saturday might have to be worked depending on month end)
