Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance across both new and pre-owned vehicle departments
  • Maximise cross-selling opportunities within the dealership
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
  • Remain actively involved in daily sales activities and customer interaction
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Assist with stock management and showroom presentation
  • Work closely with F&I and aftermarket departments to maximise profitability
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure dealership processes and compliance standards are maintained
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a successful Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive within a franchised dealership
  • Recent experience in a Sales Management or Assistant Sales Management role
  • Strong ability to sell both new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Cross-selling experience is essential
  • Stable and consistent career history
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Good understanding of dealership sales processes
