Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily payments accurately and within required timelines
  • Verify payment details and supporting documentation before processing
  • Monitor payment schedules and ensure all obligations are met on time
  • Investigate and resolve payment queries and discrepancies
  • Perform payment reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in a payments administration or finance role advantageous
  • Strong numerical ability with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Financial system experience advantageous (SAP, Pastel, or similar)
  • Good understanding of payments, reconciliations, and financial processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
