One of our clients based in Chamouny is currently looking for a Payroll officer:

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration and Management:
  • Administer and coordinate the company's payroll processes in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements
  • Compile, verify and maintain payroll data including employee attendance, overtime, leave records, allowances, and deductions
  • Ensure payroll inputs are supported by approved documentation such as overtime approvals, leave forms, and authorised payroll adjusments
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation for payroll processing
  • Prepare payroll records are handled with strict confidentiality
  • Ensure payroll records are handled with strict confidentiality
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR management regarding payroll processing payroll-related documentation
  • Ensure payroll timelines are respected and payroll information is processed accurately
  • Final payroll approvals remain under the authority of the HR Manager and/or company management.
Statutory and Payroll Compliance:
  • Ensure payroll documentation complies with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain records required for payroll-related statutory reporting
  • Coordinate with HR management to ensure that payroll processes remain aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
