The successful incumbent will be
responsible to:
•Create
memorable team member experiences throughout energy stage of their journey with
us.
•Support
the People & Culture Manager in recruitment and help us attract amazing
talent.
•Be
a trusted point of contact for team members, providing guidance or escalating
matters to the People & Culture Manager.
•Drive
engagement activities, celebrations and wellbeing activities.
•Help
build a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and inspired.
•Ensure
a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners, supporting documentation,
induction, and orientation.
•Maintain
and update team members' records in the HRIS and ensure data accuracy and
confidentiality.
•Monitor
time and attendance by issuing anomaly reports to the head of department and
follow up on the payroll process.
