Position: Pesticide Sales Representative


Requirements


Gender: Male


Education: Diploma/ degree, majoring in agriculture related fields such as agronomy, plant protection, horticulture, agricultural resources and environment. Candidates with a certain understanding of pesticide products are preferred, and those with work experience are preferred


Passionate about the agricultural industry, willing to work in various towns and villages, and willing to accept regular monthly business trips (within Zambia, adjusted according to regional needs);


Having good communication and expression skills, logical thinking ability, and customer service awareness, good at listening to customer needs and responding quickly; ​


Has strong learning ability and stress resistance, is brave enough to challenge goals, and possesses a spirit of teamwork;


Having good conduct, no negative records, and identifying with the company's corporate culture and development philosophy.


Physical condition: Physically healthy, able to adapt to frequent business trips, tolerant of work environments such as fields and planting bases.


Job Responsibilities


1. Expand the pesticide sales market, regularly visit distributors and retailers, focus on end customers such as farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural material distributors in farmland, orchards, vegetable bases, etc., complete market research, customer development, and maintenance work; ​


2. Learn and master the characteristics, applicable crops, usage methods, and core advantages of the company's pesticide products (insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, foliar fertilizers, etc.), and provide professional product consulting and technical support to customers; ​


3. Follow up on the entire process of customer orders, including demand matching, contract signing, logistics coordination, payment collection, etc., to ensure the smooth completion of transactions; ​


4. Collect market dynamic information (such as competitor prices, product feedback, changes in farmer demand, etc.), timely organize and provide feedback to the company, and provide reference for product optimization and marketing strategy adjustment; ​


5. Participate in product promotion activities and technical training conferences organized by the company, assist in carrying out farmer field demonstrations, technical lectures, and other practical work; ​


Comply with the company's sales management system and complete other sales related tasks assigned by superiors.


Salary: 4000-5000k, with additional travel allowance provided during business trips. Holiday gifts, phone bill subsidies and other benefits
