Job Purpose
- To ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medicines, provide pharmaceutical care, and support safe medication use in line with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and dispense prescriptions accurately.
- Provide patient counselling on proper medication use.
- Ensure safe storage, handling, and management of medicines.
- Maintain proper inventory control and monitor stock levels/expiry.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.
- Support doctors and nurses with drug information and advice.
- Maintain accurate dispensing and pharmacy records.
- Report medication errors and adverse drug reactions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Pharmacy B. Pharm.
- Registered with Pharmacy and Poisons Board with a valid practicing license.
- 3+ years’ experience in hospital/clinical pharmacy preferred.
