Our client is looking for a Plant Maintenance Technician.
Purpose of the Role
To perform preventive and corrective maintenance on batching plants and related equipment to ensure continuous production and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily inspections of plant equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Repair breakdowns promptly.
- Inspect conveyors, mixers, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and batching equipment.
- Assist with plant shutdowns and major maintenance.
- Report abnormalities and maintenance needs.
- Maintain housekeeping in maintenance areas.
- Follow safety procedures.
Desired Experience
- 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience on concrete batching plants preferred.
- Ability to diagnose equipment failures

Preferred Qualifications
- NC3/NC4, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Welding certification is an advantage.
