Are you a
skilled and dedicated plumber looking to join a dynamic team in a luxury
hospitality environment? We are seeking a motivated Plumber to ensure
the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems and
equipment across the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install,
repair, and maintain water supply pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems,
and plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose
plumbing faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
- Install,
repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping systems, and
controls.
- Test
plumbing systems and fixtures to ensure proper functioning and identify
leaks.
- Perform
preventive maintenance on plumbing installations and equipment.
- Clean
and maintain roof gutters and drainage systems.
- Respond
promptly to plumbing emergencies and operational requirements.
- Read
and interpret building plans, specifications, and work orders.
- Maintain
accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure
compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Assist
with other maintenance-related duties as required.
Profile & Qualifications:
- National
Trade Certificate (NTC) or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
- Previous
experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably within the hospitality
industry.
- Good
knowledge of water distribution, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Ability
to read technical drawings and plumbing schematics.
- Physically
fit and able to perform demanding maintenance tasks.
- Strong
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness
to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations when required.
