Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with plumbing and hardware products
  • Providing product advice and recommendations
  • Processing sales and quotations
  • Maintaining stock levels and shelf displays
  • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
 
Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Previous experience in hardware and plumbing
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing materials and fittings
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work accurately with stock and pricing
  • Computer literacy
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work retail hours
