expanding to Mauritius with the opening of our first store at Bagatelle Mall.
We are looking for a dynamic, versatile, and experienced Technician /
Salesperson, capable of handling sales and repairs on multiple types of devices
while delivering excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities
Repairs (Primary Mission)
• Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, laptops, monitors, and other
electronic devices
• Perform repairs such as screens, batteries, connectors, keyboards, cameras,
charging issues, and other components
• Ensure fast, reliable, and high‑quality repair service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Sales & Customer Service
• Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty in-store
• Sell accessories, smartphones, and related services
• Handle payments and ensure proper customer follow-up
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store
• Maintain the company’s professional image
Profile Required
• Experience in electronic repairs (mobiles +
laptops/tablets/monitors) preferred
• Comfortable with customers and sales
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
• Serious, organized, autonomous, and methodical
• Team spirit and strong customer service mindset
• A driving license and vehicle would be an advantage
