A specialist in electrical and automation solutions is looking for a technically strong Sales Engineer to grow business across Gauteng and the North West region.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical background who can engage confidently with industrial clients and provide value-driven automation and electrical solutions.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Proven experience in technical sales within industrial or automation environments
- Strong external sales and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Develop and grow business within industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Manage key accounts and identify new opportunities
- Conduct client visits and technical sales discussions
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Work closely with customers to provide suitable automation and electrical solutions
- Maintain strong pipeline management and customer engagement
Exposure to
ABB and/or Omron products and systems will be highly advantageous.
