Primary School Mathematics & ICT Teacher (Primary 4–6)

Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and qualified teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in teaching Mathematics and have practical knowledge of Computer Studies, Robotics, and basic Programming for pupils in Primary 4–6 in line with the Nigerian curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics effectively to Primary 4–6 pupils.
• Conduct Computer Practical classes using Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..
• Introduce pupils to basic programming concepts and educational robotics.
• Prepare lesson notes and assessments in accordance with the Nigerian curriculum.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Monitor pupils' academic progress and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Ed., B.Sc./B.Ed. or related qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Mathematics for upper primary classes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer operations.
• Knowledge of basic programming languages Scratch, Python, or similar is an advantage.
• Experience with educational robotics is an added advantage.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Previous teaching experience with primary school pupils is preferred.
