Primary School Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Plan, teach, and assess lessons across various Primary school subjects
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of all students
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching practices that align with the school's curriculum standards
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Participate in staff development and school events.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a B.Ed with at least 3 years of teaching experience at the Primary school level.
  
• Sound verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized learning plans
• Ability to interact and engage positively with staff and pupils
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
