Process Technician - Ireland

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• QQI Level 6 qualification(completed apprenticeship – major award equalling 120 credits on QQI framework) in a Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Moulding, Automation or related discipline
  Examples: Electricians, Motor Mechanics, Fitters, Plumbers, Engineers, Refrigeration and Aeronautical Technicians
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on mechanical/technical environment experience
• Interest, energy, and motivation to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Experience working within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid passport
• Ability to pass work permit & travel visa checks

• Use state‑of‑the‑art IT and software resources to analyse data and feedback from the production line
• Identify cycle time and yield detractors; make necessary adjustments and modifications to improve output
• Work with team and engineering to root‑cause and problem‑solve issues
• Support planned and unplanned downtime to ensure speedy return to production
• Replace and set up spare parts including robots, servo drives, vision systems, and pneumatics
• Demonstrate mastery and act as expert/leader for electrical, key machine safety, and/or software proficiencies across the entire manufacturing line
• Contribute to targets related to Safety, Quality, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement
• Participate in project work relating to process improvement (cycle‑time and yield development)
