Responsible for inventory management and the procurement of raw materials and services required for manufacturing, production, and installation processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, negotiating with, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliability.
- Processing purchase orders and invoices, while maintaining accurate and detailed procurement records.
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels to ensure the continuous availability of materials for production.
- Optimising costs, mitigating supply risks, and improving operational efficiency.
- Preparing and submitting accurate reports on purchasing activities, vehicle tracking, and inventory control.
