A well-established company based in Germiston is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, supplier management, import/export, and logistics operations. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven professional with strong leadership abilities, supplier management expertise, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and supply chain performance in a fast-paced industrial environment
Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
- 3 – 4 years management experience and Supplier management experience
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
- Sound decisionâmaking in pressured environments
- Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Strong negotiation and supplier management capability
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Problemâsolving and solutionâdriven approach
- Clear, confident communication at all levels
- Ability to operate in a fastâpaced, dynamic environment
