The Officer, under the overall leadership of the Division Head, Procurement Management and guidance of the Senior Officer, is responsible for the operational duties of the unit like preparing Procurement reports, gathering Procurement data, and follows up the implementation of Procurement standards throughout the company. S/he conducts purchases of materials and services; ensures proper deign and maintenance of suppliers’ lists; ensures the completion of proper banking and insurance documents for procurement; ensures compilation of perform as in the case of purchase requirements; and submits reports periodically.
