Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing fintech products
- Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Plan and execute growth campaigns across digital channels (paid ads, social media, email, referrals, etc.)
- Analyze user behavior and optimize conversion funnels
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve product performance
- Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives
- Identify and leverage new growth opportunities and channels
- Track and report on key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention, churn, ROI)
- Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with target users
- Gather and interpret customer insights to improve product-market fit
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or performance marketing (preferably in fintech or tech)
- Strong understanding of growth funnels (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue)
- Experience with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, payments, or digital products
- Knowledge of CRM tools and automation platforms
- Experience running referral or affiliate programs
- Basic understanding of UX/UI and product design principles
