Product Owner / Specialist – Dental Technology (Software, 3D Printing & Digital Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of dental technology products and solutions
• Translate stakeholder input and user feedback into structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Define and maintain product roadmaps in collaboration with executive leadership
• Gather and refine requirements from users, support teams, and analytics
• Act as the primary liaison between office, sales, laboratory, design, and QA teams
• Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for assigned product portfolio within an Agile environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Experience within dental, orthodontics, laboratory, or medtech environment advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured and detail-oriented manner
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making ability
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Afrikaans is non-negotiable)
