Required Experience
- Grade 12 / SQA Accredited Equivalent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Technical- Strong coding background (full-stack): C#, .NET, React, or similar modern languages
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and modern DevOps pipelines
- Proven experience in system design and architecture
- Experience with system integration and API-driven architectures, including event-driven design, microservices, and modern API standards (REST, webhooks, OAuth).
- Hands-on knowledge and work experience with Azure services OR equivalent cloud
- Strong understanding of data modelling, workflow design, and integration patterns
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, AI-assisted development, or automation tooling (Advantageous)
Solution & Product- Experience in solutioning and problem-solving, with the ability to translate requirements into clear architecture and system designs.
- Proven track record in building internal platforms/applications engineering, technical product ownership, or solution consulting
- Worked in a lean environment comfortable working across the SDLC.
- Experience building operational workflows, process automation, or transactional systems (Advantageous)
Domain- Demonstrated experience in the financial services or fintech sector, preferably within SME lending, B2B finance, or related areas
