We are seeking a highly experienced Production Director II to lead the production of high-profile media content supporting all aspects of Saudi Aramco’s corporate communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing complex production projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across a wide range of assignments—including non-scripted, multi-camera productions and live events.
Key Responsibilities:

Produce, write, develop, and direct media content supporting Saudi Aramco’s operations across Saudi Arabia.

Supervise production teams through all phases of the production and post-production process.

Direct and oversee live and non-scripted, multi-camera assignments such as campaigns, inaugurations, and events using mobile production equipment.

Collaborate with Saudi Aramco stakeholders to align creative outputs with project objectives.

Manage project goals, production schedules, and delivery timelines.

Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations during production, especially in remote or industrial environments.

Source and direct on-screen talent including actors, extras, models, and voice-over artists.

Oversee risk assessments and ensure all activities meet local customs and industry safety standards.

Ensure all produced content complies with licensing, rights, and copyright requirements.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a media-related field (Film, Media Studies, Communications, or equivalent).

Minimum of 10 years in media production, directing high-visibility corporate communication projects across diverse industry sectors.

Proven experience producing in GCC countries or within the hydrocarbon/oil and gas industry is preferred.

Strong background in scriptwriting and developing creative treatments.

Demonstrated success in leading production crews under challenging and remote conditions.

Proficiency in operating and managing single and multi-camera setups.

In-depth knowledge of post-production workflows, including editing, sound, and graphics.

Experienced in licensing, rights management, and copyright clearances.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proven creative portfolio or video showreel.
