Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Full-Time Teacher to deliver right brain education programs to young learners. The ideal candidate loves working with children, is open to innovative teaching methods, and is eager to grow within a specialized education environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging right brain education lessons as per the Tickle Right curriculum

Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

Observe, assess, and document student progress and development

Build strong relationships with children and communicate effectively with parents/guardians

Prepare teaching materials and maintain classroom organization

Participate in training, workshops, and continuous professional development

Uphold Tickle Right’s teaching philosophy, values, and standards

Ensure child safety and well-being at all times
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field

Experience working with young children (early years experience preferred)

Passion for child development and alternative/creative education methods

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, enthusiastic, and empathetic teaching style

Willingness to learn and apply right brain education techniques (training provided)
