A leading technology and financial services consultancy are looking for a seasoned Programme Manager to take ownership of high-impact software delivery programmes. Skills required:
- 6-8 years of experience in project/programme management within software development
- Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stream delivery programmes
- Strong background in financial services (highly advantageous)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive engagement skills
- Experience translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans
- Solid understanding of governance, risk, and change management frameworks
- A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and uplift delivery teams
- Strong analytical thinking with proactive risk and dependency management
- Ability to bring clarity and direction in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
