Key Responsibilities
- Support communication and coordination with local partners,
government offices, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Arrange meetings, prepare meeting notes, follow up on action items,
and track pending issues.
- Assist with document collection, filing, translation, basic
research, and local information verification.
- Help coordinate logistics for site visits, partner meetings,
government meetings, and business trips.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Support basic administrative work, including scheduling, procurement
coordination, local errands, and office support.
- Help identify practical issues on the ground and propose solutions
in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of contacts, documents, approvals,
correspondence, and project updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, international
relations, engineering, energy, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration,
business support, government liaison, or partner coordination.
- Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Luganda or
other local languages is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow up until tasks are
completed.
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders, including
government, private companies, consultants, and local communities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp communication, and
basic reporting.
- Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work
independently.
- Experience supporting Chinese or international companies is an
advantage.

- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Able to travel within Uganda when required.
- Patient, professional, and good at relationship coordination.
