- Gather, compile, and analyze data from
physical work sites, surveys, blueprints, GIS data, utility information,
maps, hydrologic and geotechnical data, and other sources.
- Create visualizations such as tables,
charts, sketches, and cross-sections to present complex data and findings.
- Prepare Project Master Plan, construction
plans, specifications, cost estimates, and safety and phasing plans.
- Manage all phases of projects, from
planning to final delivery, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
within timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and
budgets, including resource budgets, and oversee adherence throughout the
project lifecycle.
- Administer the contract, ensuring
compliance with its terms and conditions.
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to execute
project tasks, including engineers, planners, construction staff, and
administrative personnel.
- Ensure effective communication among
stakeholders to align project objectives and progress.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet project
specifications and standards
- Identify potential risks and develop
mitigation strategies for environmental, financial, and technical
challenges.
Analyze field
investigation data to assist in risk mitigation planning.
- Conduct site visits, including overseas
visits and inspections, to monitor progress and resolve technical or
operational issues of other projects of SAEMS.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure
conformance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee project budgets, including cost
estimation, tracking, and reporting for financial efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of project
activities, including financial, technical, and contractual documentation
- Exercise ethical decision-making in managing company funds and resources
