Responsibilities:
- Oversee institutional governance
- Drive regulatory compliance with NBTE/NMCN
- Foster a high-performance culture for both staff and students.
Requirements:
- A master’s degree in nursing sciences or a related field is required (a Ph.D. is strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 10–15 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years specifically in senior academic leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities to foster collaboration and handle stakeholder relationship
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance academic programs and drive institutional growth
- Competence: Proven track record in tertiary institution management and accreditation processes.
Remuneration: NGN 350,000-500,000 Monthly
