We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and motivated Quality Support System to strengthen our Quality Management System and support our continuous improvement journey.
What you will be doing?
- Implement, maintain and ensure compliance of the QMS with ISO 9001 standards
- Assist departments in ensuring compliance with quality procedures and standards
- Conduct internal quality audits
- Lead and coach quality auditors to carry out internal quality audits
- Analyse data and lead teams in improvement activities
- Participate in customer, supplier and certification audits
- Ensure timely renewal of third-party certifications
- Ensure document control processes are effectively maintained
- Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance of products to customer specifications
- Support investigations related to customer complaints, non-conformities and process deviations
- Perform any other duties related to quality systems as assigned
What are we looking for?
- HSC or diploma in Quality Management or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry would be an asset
