Responsibilities:
  • Calculating material quantities, costs, labour costs and achievable timeframes.
  • Negotiating labour contracts and schedules.
  • Preparing bill of quantities for ongoing and intending projects
  • Negotiating and managing procurement processes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying
  • At least 2 years of experience


Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 400,000 Monthly
