Our client is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor to join their Durban based team. The ideal candidate will need to have strong commercial private sector experience and advanced technical cost management capability.
Requirements:
- Professionally registered with SACQSP or RICS (or well advanced in registration)
- Minimum 5 years’ commercial Quantity Surveying experience
- Strong private sector exposure (hotels, offices, retail, multi-storey residential)
- Experience with WinQS and Dim X is essential
- Solid understanding of JBCC contracts
- Strong numerical accuracy and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement capability
