Job Details

  • Monitor the entrances at all times;
  • Receiving of all visitors and deliveries;
  • Management and maintenance of the reception area;
  • Manage switchboard and answering of phones;
  • Personnel management proficiency;
  • Maintain good line of communication between staff and clients;
  • Admin duties
 
 Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:    
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience as a Receptionist/Front office clerk
  • Sound communication skills (verbal and in writing)
  • Bilingual (English and any other South African language)
  • Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent client liaison and administration skills
  • MS Office proficiency (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word)
  • Must be punctual and presentable at all times
  • Clean disciplinary, criminal record
