Job Summary

  • We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist Female preferred to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Provide basic company information and handle inquiries professionally
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier packages
  • Ensure timely delivery of mails and parcels to relevant staff
  • Manage office supplies and maintain stock levels at the reception area
  • Assist in purchasing and replenishment of office supplies when needed
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting room usage
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and properly equipped

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in any related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experiencein a receptionist, front desk, or administrative rolePost Nysc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic office tools is an advantage
  • Female candidates are strongly preferred
