OPPORTUNITY FOR REGIONAL FREELANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVES; DISTRIBUTION AGENTS OR DISTRIBUTORS

We are a growing food manufacturing company producing high quality fortified powdered Mahewu, Instant Porridge and Corn-Soya Blend products for Miner Nutrition, Agriculture Workers, School Feeding Programs, Construction Workers, NGOs and Commercial markets, including retail (tuck shops/spaza shops) and wholesale. To support our expansion strategy, we are looking for experienced and well-connected Regional Freelance Sales Representatives, Distribution Agents and Independent Distributors across Zimbabwe and selected regional markets.

The Opportunity

This is a performance driven business opportunity for individuals and businesses with established customer networks, who have the ability to develop and manage sales within their designated territories. The engagement is structured on a 100% commission basis, providing unlimited earning potential linked directly to sales performance.

Fortified Powdered Mahewu
Instant Porridge
Corn-soya Blend Pre-cooked porridge
There is opportunity to develop and supply customized institutional nutrition products; community feeding and relief products including commodities; and other market specific products.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new customers within assigned territories
 Generate orders
 Maintain strong customer relationships and grow market share
 Achieve monthly sales targets
 Generate new business while retaining and growing existing customer base
 Collect of market intelligence – including monitoring competitor activities, market trends, consumer buyer behaviors, market gaps, opportunities for new products.
 Support collection of customer feedback
 Drive customer service and customer satisfaction performance targets

Requirements
 Existing customer relationships within institutional markets, NGOs, retail and wholesale sectors
 Proven sales and business development experience
 Strong communication and negotiation skills
 Self-motivated and results oriented
 Ability to operate independently while being highly accountable

Requirements for Distributors

 Existing distribution infrastructure and customer base
 Ability to finance stock purchases on a cost of carry basis
 Capacity to market, distribute and support products within assigned territories
 Demonstrated experience in food distribution or institutional supply.
 Ability to maintain agreed stock levels and service standards
