Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing timely coaching to improve results.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address sales gaps and underperformance.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support, mentor, and motivate Sales Representatives.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and promotional activities across assigned territories.
  • Track KPIs and provide performance feedback to Sales Representatives.
  • Identify training needs and coach team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through regular performance reviews and accountability sessions.
  • Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to address performance issues and implement improvement plans where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in retail management, preferably in mobile phones, accessories, electronics, Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
