Job Summary

  • The Relationship Manager Technical Sales will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships while driving revenue through consultative, solution-based selling. This role bridges business development and technology by translating client needs into technical solutions, supporting product adoption, and ensuring long-term customer success.
  • The ideal candidate understands both client-facing relationship management and technical products such as APIs, platforms, SaaS solutions, or digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client business goals and align company solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Technical Sales & Solution Consulting

  • Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Present and explain products, platforms, APIs, or systems in a clear, business-friendly way.
  • Support product demos, proof of concepts POCs, and onboarding sessions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate client needs into functional requirements.

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Drive sales pipeline development from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Track sales performance and meet agreed revenue targets.
  • Collaboration & Internal Coordination
