Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical accounting expert and IFRS resource to the business
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Oversee reconciliations, lease accounting and balance sheet integrity
- Monitor posting books, process corrections and maintain GL structures
- Review cash management processes and financial controls
- Support taxation compliance and reporting requirements
- Drive internal control improvements and governance alignment
- Assist with B-BBEE reporting and compliance initiatives
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Qualified CA(SA)
- 3 to 5 years’ experience (including articles)
- Strong financial reporting and technical accounting exposure
- IFRS 16 knowledge essential
- Solid IFRS knowledge non-negotiable
- SAP experience beneficial
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Ability to operate as a technical specialist within a multinational environment
