Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Manage restaurant staff, including scheduling, performance, and training.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
  • Prepare financial reports and manage budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate company goals.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial position in food service or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
